Only one day back in Paris, and already I miss riding in the back seat of my sister's truck with Hannah staring at me. (maybe wondering why I cluck like a chicken to get her attention.)
Niece #2 Hannah.
Did I mention, I miss Hannah? She'll be walking and talking the next time I see her.
I've been gradually getting rid of my possessions (with a view to moving to France or Spain in the next couple of years), so I can relate to the feeling of no car payments, insurance, maintenance, etc. I don't own any real estate any more (except for one property that's in the sale process right now) and the only other bills I have are rent, car insurance, cable tv and internet, electricity and water - none of which would hold me back. The only thing I would have to do to leave is get out of my lease (with I can do by paying 2 months rent) and sell my car (which can be done in 1 hour, thanks to CarMax). And I am trying to save as much money as possible. I am taking your advice and trying to focus on myself, on what I want, and how to get it, so that I can make my way to the city I want to be in. It's all in the works.
