Do They Eat Outside When it's Cold?...
When the weather was much warmer, as I'd walk past the crowded outdoor sidewalk cafes, I wondered if the Parisians would still be eating outdoors, when the weather changed.
This weekend, I was happy to see them all bundled up, still enjoying a meal outside underneath the warmth of overhead heaters.
